Returns Policy
We only accept returns or cancellations if we agree to the return or cancellation. We do no accept returns or cancellations for any custom projects or items from our used/JDM part section.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly if we will accept the return or cancellation. Sometimes items are out of stock and some companies are very slow to restock. If you are worried you can contact us and ask us if an item is in stock or not before ordering as we will not cancel the order if we are waiting on a restock for that item. Please contact us if something is an issue and we can choose to cancel it or refund your order.
We do not accept chargebacks at any time and you will be subject to an extra 50% fee of the chargeback amount for doing a chargeback. We are a small business and chargebacks hurt businesses and should always be a last resort. Contact us to work out any issues first.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or we would prefer not to ship them sometimes.
You will get order updates when the item ships delivered to you via email. If you did not get a shipping notification then your email was inputted incorrectly or the item has not shipped yet.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
