We offer rebuild services in house at Our Salem Oregon Location OR we also will ship engines to the lower 48 states.
WE have many different levels on Engine rebuilds and do offer cores.
A basic rebuild is the following:
Deck, clean and Hone block, New rings and possibly new pistons of core requires.
Repair and polish crank, new ACL bearings, Rods checked for size and balance.
Head is Surfaced, inspected and cleaned with valve grind and new stem seals.
Cams are replaced as needed if pitted. Valve adjustement performed.
Timing components are always replaced with OEM Honda components.
VTC gear is either replaced or repaired.
Oil pump is either replaced or repaired condition depending. We also offer oil pump upgrades.
We can rebuild any K series Honda engine and are open to doing others just contact us.
We offer 6 month warranty on any engine and offer refund or replacement if failure happens and is verified to be an engine failure not caused by outside sources. Examples are things like, failed cooling system, no oil, over rev, forced induction and engine was not built for it. And just general neglect.
