Crafted with four 5-watt Osram LED chips per light, these pods emit a spot beam pattern, ensuring optimal visibility in low-light conditions. With an IP69 rating, they're sealed to withstand foreign contaminants and the harshest elements. The housing, constructed of high-quality 6063 aluminum and sealed with 316 stainless steel screws every 1.5 inches, ensures durability and longevity. The GE Lexan lens is 300 times stronger than glass and resistant to corrosive acids, gasoline, scratches, and UV rays.
Equipped with a special breather apparatus to prevent condensation and water intrusion, these lights feature Deutsch™ connectors for waterproof connections and wind reducers to minimize wind noise during high-speed travel. Outdoor Dupont paint guarantees the housing will remain unchanged for 5 years, while the PCBA boasts temperature, voltage, and current protection for increased efficiency and durability. With no electromagnetic interference with nearby electronics and overvoltage protection, these lights are built to last.
