This is a pre sale for our Honda Element Turbo Kit, This kit is meant for 03-06 Manual Elements but will work on 03-05 Automatic Elements and will bolt up but requires extra options to make work for 07+

I am probably going to make and sell about 10 kits total before I move on out of the Element Market and start doing R&D for newer platforms. 

The Cost: 

You need to understand that the higher the power level you go, the more modifications are needed. A basic simple 100HP kit costs considerably less than a 500HP+ kit due to the fact you will need more supporting mods for your kit the bigger power you go. You will also need a better fuel system, transmission and clutch upgrades and whatnot.

THE BASE KIT COSTS $3000 with NO tuning software and the biggest kit can cost anywhere from 5-8K depending on what type of mods you want like if you want all premium parts like a ball bearing turbo, name brand parts, different sized intercooler to support more power etc. 

Now there are a few options here. This kit can range anywhere from an +80HP bump up to 500+

Big power is not suggested for an old worn stock engine so consider the cost of replacing or rebuilding/upgrading your engine at the same time. My basic suggestion is to put a lower milleage K24A2 with new timing parts and seals. But at the very least you should rebuild your head and do timing parts before doing any kind of boost up mod. 

Kit consists of:

Cast Manifold

38MM Tial or PTE wastegate

5 different turbo charger options for different power/response ranges

Air to water Intercooler with mounting brackets

Air to water Intercooler Pump with pre made hoses and mounting brackets plus relay. 

Air to water Heat exchanger with Mount - fits behind front bumper with very light trim work to front bumper

Hot pipe with different options of Blow off valves for that different sound.

Thermal wrapped downpipe with wideband bung. You will need to make an adapter to go from Downpipe to the exhaust of your choice. 

Different Boost control options depending on power range and fuel management. 

Fuel pump and injectors depend on how much power you are going for. 

Intake filter setup depending on what setup you decide on. 

 

Each kit will be made to order, as different setups will require different downpipes and flanges welded. 

This kit uses an Air to water setup as there is not alot of room for a front mount intercooler. PLus the more piping you have the longer it takes for the turbo to spool. There is also the whole factor of loosing an intercooler piping clamp and having a breakdown due to it. This setup is TESTED on two different elements and 08 manual and an 04 Automatic and has no had any major issues. We changed the kit to use different mounting studs and turbo to manifold studs as we had issues blowing out gaskets. 

Profession installation is reccomended. You should probably have a phone call with us before ordering as there is fuel and electronics to discuss and obsticals you might have.

Other options are available if you have a preference these are just the suggested.

Injectors: We use Injector dynamics sized for your setup. 

Fuel Pumps: We use AEM Fuel pumps sized accordingly. On bigger power setups you can expect new fuel and return lines and a modified pump housing. 

installation and tuning: The basic kit anyone with basic mechanical skills can install, but the higher power you get the more complicated things can be. Professional tuning will be required. 

We DO installation’s in our shop in Independence Oregon and have had cars shipped to us in the past. We also do engine builds to suit or swap engines as starting with a TSX engine that’s all fresh is a better option than boosting the old K24A4-8.
